Association Meetings


The PPA meet every year at an Annual Conference in North America. This meeting runs for two-days and includes professional Workshops showcasing new methods and approaches in paleopathology. We also hold Bi-Annual Meetings in Europe and South American (PAMinSA), in addition to ad-hoc Webinars and Seminars.

9th Paleopathology Association Meeting in South America (PAMinSA)

In response to the climate and environmental crisis, the multiple effects of climate change and the emergence and re-emergence of diseases, PAMinSA 2023 will address bioarchaeological perspectives around “Climatic events, environmental changes, mobility and health in the past”.
